Beansprout (Energizing Power)

Bean sprout is considered as a prominent healthy vegetable that plays a major role in consumption activities in many Asian countries such as Japan and Korea, who consume bean sprouts as their daily dietary source of health benefits.  The consumption of bean sprouts in Thailand is large too.  People normally toss it in almost any food to make it tastier.

Bean sprout is also a good source of protein, fiber, minerals and vitamins such as vitamin B, vitamin E, and especially concentrated in vitamin C. This nutrition is easily digested and used by the body.  Thus, it helps in digestive system and excretory system.  Moreover, bean sprout helps boost your immune system.  It is strange that sprouting processes increase the vitamin C the beans initially have, especially so in Mung bean seeds. Therefore, bean sprout is a cheap and easily accessible source of vitamin C.  In order to obtain the fullest nutrition the bean sprout contains, the bean sprout should be eaten raw or least cooked as possible.
